Delivery and turnaround

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE when spending over £200 or charged at set rates depending on weight (excluding VAT) and is dispatched next working day. If you live in one of the following postcodes (extended area) it may take an additional working day.

Please note: We don't currently deliver to the Jersey, Guernsey or Republic of Ireland

How are flyers delivered?

All of our flyers are boxed in double walled cardboard boxes and delivered using a third party next day courier service. For extended areas this may take two working days.

When will I receive my package?

Once printed, your flyers will be sent on an overnight courier service – or you can collect direct from our offices if easier. Turnarounds below are for our 130gsm, 170gsm, 250gsm and 300gm items and not valid for 300gsm pulp and 400gsm silk with matt lamination products as they take slightly longer to print.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes, unfortunately many couriers are unable to offer next day delivery to all areas of the country and delivery may take an extra day.


Can I track my package?

Yes. When we dispatch your flyers we will send you an email to inform you of the dispatch details and give you a tracking code allowing you to log into the couriers website and track your package.


Do you ship outside of the UK?

No, unfortunately we currently don't send an flyer orders outside of the UK.

Can I collect my order or arrange for my own courier?

Due to the number of orders going through our production hub and the tight turnaround involved, we currently don't allow third party courier collections or personal collections in case any errors occur.

24 hour dispatch

Flyers are dispatched as soon as they are ready – all flyers are sent on a next day service via DPD and will be delivered between 8am-6pm. Some extended areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands can take and extra working day for delivery.

Tracking service

When your flyers are dispatched from us you will receive an email or text containing tracking details for your package. (Please ensure you provide us with a mobile number when you place your order!). On the day of delivery you will be sent an email or text message from our courier, DPD detailing a 1 hour window to expect delivery.
To track your package, simply click on the Track delivery of my order' button and enter your tracking number from the message!

What happens if I'm not in when the courier tries to deliver?

We use a courier service that gives you a one-hour delivery window so you don't need to stay in all day. If you're not in and you haven't arranged with us to have the flyers left in a safe place (with no signature required), our couriers will leave a note to say that they have tried to deliver the package. They will then try to deliver again for the following two days. If they are unable to deliver on the third attempt the package will be returned to us.

Additional delivery options

We can offer a timed delivery service for urgent orders – before 9am / before 10.30am / before 12pm and Saturday or Sunday (yes, you read that correct – we CAN deliver on Sundays!). When you place your order, please select the standard delivery option and then contact us to discuss your requirements. Please note there is an additional surcharge, which will be confirmed with you once you've selected which enhanced delivery option you'd like.
